Celebrating #NationalNonprofitDay with Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud!

Today is National Nonprofit Day!

National Nonprofit Day is a special day set on August 17 each year that recognizes nonprofit organizations’ ongoing efforts to serve and better their local communities. Nonprofit work shapes our society and oftentimes focuses on providing hope for a brighter future.

On this day that celebrates the positive impacts that nonprofits make throughout our nation, we would like to highlight the work that our staff and valued volunteers do every day at Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud!

Just today (August 17) alone, over 40 volunteers and staff came together to cook, package, and deliver 268 meals to our homebound neighbors in need. This happens every day at Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud. These daily actions have a real impact on the lives of many.
