This summer, more than 50 youth volunteers joined Meals on Wheels routes and behind-the-scenes operations, bringing energy and joy to clients while helping prepare and deliver meals. These intergenerational connections strengthen community, reduce isolation, and teach young people empathy, compassion, and the value of serving their neighbors.
