Meet Diane - One of MOWLB's New Support Coordinators!

Diane Cohn joins the MOWLB team in a Support Coordinator role, alongside Jill Liken.

Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud is excited to welcome Diane Cohn, one of our new Support Coordinators. Diane is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, especially focused on enhancing the well-being of older adults. She is going to make a wonderful addition to the MOWLB team!

Diane’s work in the non-profit world is marked by her deep commitment to the community. In her recent role as a program manager, she led a volunteer-based caregiver respite program, a vital initiative that provided much-needed support to family caregivers. These caregivers, who selflessly dedicate their time to care for their aging loved ones at home, found in Diane not just a leader, but a compassionate ally.

Her passion extends beyond just managing programs. Diane has a unique knack for learning about individuals, understanding their needs, and connecting them with supportive resources throughout Larimer County. She believes firmly that every person, no matter their age or abilities, is an invaluable part of our community. This belief helps her create more inclusive and supportive environments for older adults.

Outside of her work at MOWLB, Diane enjoys exploring local mountains, rivers, and lakes. She also enjoys reading. Some of her favorite pastimes also include spending quality time with her friends and family.

The entire MOWLB team is excited to work alongside Diane - building connections and making a lasting impact in the lives of those we serve.

Diane's story is a reminder of the difference one person can make in the lives of many. Support our mission at Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud, where every meal is a step towards a more caring and connected community. 🍲❤️
